  • Tips and Treats

    Hi there everybody!

Students have asked for tips and also curiosities about the language.

So here we go, let’s start with WHO vs. WHOM.

Basically, Who refers to the subject of the line while Whom to the object. But here is something you should know: Ask a question, and if the noun ends with a consonant (him/her/them) it’s WHOM and if it ends with a vowel or “y” it’s WHO.

Whom have you been to Boston with? I’ve been to Boston with him!

Who has gone to Boston? I have.

Who is studying at HIDE HIGH? They are!

    Cool right?

But this is hard to see in everyday language and is quite a trouble for natives as well. Wanna see? Check this video:

    See you at classes!
